Our Story
In 2006, visionary chef-proprietors Tomonari Chiba and Keiji Fuku, having honed their craft at the prestigious Nobu, embarked on a culinary adventure that would forever transform the dining landscape in Marylebone. Driven by a desire to create something truly distinctive, they selected a quiet residential street as the canvas for their culinary masterpiece. Dinings was born, offering an intimate, relaxed atmosphere where guests could experience Japanese cuisine like never before.
Tomonari and Keiji bring a unique perspective to the table, infusing their playful yet respectful approach into every dish. Their years of experience at Nobu provided them with the expertise to master the art of Japanese cuisine, and they have since elevated it with a lightness of touch and inspired flavor combinations that captivate diners and make Dinings a culinary destination.
