Reservation Policy
Please note we may require a valid credit card number to confirm bookings. We do NOT charge anything to the credit card unless you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your booking time or there is a “no show” of which we have no prior notice from you. The fee for a late cancellation (less than 24 hours notice given), is £30 per customer. For same day bookings, as its within 24 hours cancellation window, it applies a same cancellation fee of £30 per person.
For a “no show”, where no communication is received regarding the cancellation, the fee is £50 per customer. In certain circumstances, we may ask for a refundable deposit. This will be credited in full to your account balance on payment on departure.Please note that we cannot transfer your booking to Dinings SW3 as we have an operation under different management.
