Reservation Policy

Please note we may require a valid credit card number to confirm bookings. We do NOT charge anything to the credit card unless you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your booking time or there is a “no show” of which we have no prior notice from you. The fee for a late cancellation (less than 24 hours notice given), is £30 per customer. For same day bookings, as its within 24 hours cancellation window, it applies a same cancellation fee of £30 per person.

For a “no show”, where no communication is received regarding the cancellation, the fee is £50 per customer. In certain circumstances, we may ask for a refundable deposit. This will be credited in full to your account balance on payment on departure.Please note that we cannot transfer your booking to Dinings SW3 as we have an operation under different management. Terms & Conditions

Dinings restaurant takes reservations a month in advance. If you cannot make a reservation on your required date, Please come back to our website a month before the reservation date.
 
All reservations will require a credit card to secure the booking. If you cancel within 24 hours, Dinings London Ltd reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of £30 per person. If you do not attend your booking, Dinings London Ltd reserves the right to charge a no-show fee of £50 per person. If you wish to cancel, please give us a call on 0207 723 0666 (Please call us between 15:30pm to 22:00pm GMT) or you can send us an email to reservations@dinings.co.uk.
 
All credit card information is securely held by Stripe Legal Ltd and will not be given to any third parties. Please note that we cannot transfer your booking to Dinings SW3 as we have an operation under different management.
