  Nick Taylor-Guy

 
 

  Began his love of food at a very early age with his Mother and Grandmother both being professional chefs.

  Nick completed his chef training in Classic French cooking at college while working for DeVere Hotels. Deciding to expand his

  knowledge in hospitality Nick went on to study International Hotel and Catering Management at Nottingham Trent University.

 

  Following a series of Managerial positions where he gained a wide range of knowledge and skills Nick moved to London and

  embarked on a career with Nobu Restaurants.

  It was with Nobu that Nick fell in love with Japanese and Asian cuisine. Wishing to further his knowledge of Asian food he

  worked with the Ping Pong Dim Sum Restaurant group before joining with 3 Japanese former colleagues to create Dinings

  Restaurant.

 

  Nick is actively involved in training with his training company, Hospitality UK, and with Dinings is working on several projects

  including the opening of a cooking school in central London.

 

  Additionally, Nick is a freelance Logistics Manager working on live event projects around the world and has recently returned from

  Abu Dhabi where he was responsible for the management of the whole food and beverage operation for the Qasr al Hosn festival,

  a cultural festival celebrating the history and culture of the country.
